Do you offer refunds if I'm unhappy with the report?
We have a fair process. If our inspector missed a documented issue that affects the car's roadworthiness, we'll refund your inspection fee. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I pay after the inspection?
No. Payment is required to confirm a booking. This ensures our inspectors are properly compensated and allows us to schedule your slot immediately.
How do I pay?
We accept Paystack (Nigerian cards, bank transfer, USSD) and Stripe (international cards and dollar payments). No account required — guests can pay directly.
Is the price fixed or can it change?
The price shown at checkout is what you pay. The only exception is if the car's location changes to outside our main coverage area after booking.
Do you cover locations outside Lagos and Abuja?
We're adding cities regularly. For locations outside our main coverage, contact us on WhatsApp — we'll arrange an inspector at an extended rate.
What if the seller refuses an inspection?
A seller refusing an independent inspection is itself a red flag. Walk away. We'll refund your full fee if we can't complete the inspection due to seller refusal.
